We're now at the halfway point of another fantastic soccer season! Across the board, we've seen incredible progress from both our teams and individual players. As we head into the rest of the fall season, we’re excited to finish strong and compete in upcoming tournaments.

Year end review
In 2024, we've introduced some structural changes to how our club operates on the field and in practice. By assigning set coaches to each team, we aimed to enhance consistency and cohesion. Now, at the season's midpoint, we're evaluating the impact—and the results speak for themselves. Most of our teams are performing at the top or near the top of their respective leagues, reflecting the success of this approach. We truly appreciate the support of all our club families throughout this transition. Looking ahead to the spring, we’re committed to maintaining this momentum by continuing with dedicated coaches to provide the consistency our teams need. Overall, it’s been a highly positive shift.
This year, we’ve expanded our club’s competitive reach by introducing new levels of play, and we’re especially thrilled to have launched the UPSL Academy League for our U17 team. As the fourth tier of U.S. soccer, operating alongside MLS, USL Championship, and USL League One, the UPSL brings an elite level of play to our club. With the recent launch of UPSL's academy league for Central Texas, we’re honored that Relentless Soccer Club was chosen as an honorary inaugural club for our region. This opportunity has provided our players with invaluable exposure to top-level competition. We’re excited to try to advance through the playoff rounds and continue making our mark at this level.

We’re truly honored to be part of the UPSL league. The level of play, player exposure, and high standards that define the league align perfectly with our club’s mission. When we formed the club in 2020, our vision was to create a clear pathway for players to reach their long-term goals—whether that’s playing at the college level or even professionally. We’re thrilled that the UPSL recognizes the value of what we’ve built; their approval was an immediate 'yes' for us. While player development is our core focus, our players’ growth depends on the quality of their competition, and being part of the UPSL ensures they face top talent. Our experience with the league has been excellent so far, and we’re excited to expand with more age groups in the near future.
Christmas Comes Early for Selected Relentless Players!
Exciting news from our sister organization, Manchester School of Soccer, for some of our Relentless players! Each year, many of our players attend the Road to Pro overnight camp at John Newcombe Ranch in New Braunfels. From Sunday to Friday, players experience the life of trainee professional soccer players, undergoing a series of intense on- and off-field tests. This rigorous camp offers a unique opportunity: a chance to be selected for a Manchester School of Soccer squad that will compete in one of the UK’s most competitive tournaments in Manchester, England, in April 2026.
Selection letters will be mailed on 12/1/2024, and they may contain the “golden ticket” for the selected players!
Can My Player Still Have a Chance to Be Selected for the UK Tour 2026?
Yes! During the 2025 Road to Pro camp, we’ll continue evaluating players for the UK Tour in 2026. For those selected this year, we’ll begin preparations with the chosen players and teams at the 2025 camp.

Hold Off on the Milk and Cookies This Christmas!
While we all look forward to some well-deserved time off, it’s important for players to stay active and keep practicing over the holiday break. Relentless will be kicking off pre-season with a bootcamp for select players, followed by a fitness-focused week to start the new year. So, remind your players to enjoy the holidays but also to keep up with training to be ready for the spring season.
Below is a list of camps, private lessons, and group training sessions run by our sister organization during the break. They also have a YouTube channel, offering drills players can do from anywhere—perfect for staying on track even if you’re traveling!

Center of Excellence
This program is designed for individual players who want to practice alongside like-minded athletes. Participants in the weekly training sessions are goal-oriented and aspire to compete at high levels, including college and professional soccer. They understand the importance of extra training, and this elite platform is a popular choice among players in the community to help them achieve their goals. Center of Excellence also has the opportunity for players to play additional soccer & Futsal tournaments.
